The Kettering Physician Network (KPN) wanted an improvement to the brand architecture of its physician clinics and an overall fresh brand presence. The improved KPN brand architecture and brand design enhances brand clarity, strength, and synergy for internal/external stakeholders and existing/potential patients and physicians. The final deliverable for the KPN brand architecture strategy project included a comprehensive brand architecture/identity guideline document as well as implementation of items such as signage, physician direct mail promotions, print ads, and clinic information sheets.
